This Pathway has Closed
The Tier 1 Investor Visa route closed on 17 February 2022. The deadline to extend under this category is 17 February 2026 and the deadline to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) is 17th February 2028.
The Tier 1 Investor Visa was designed to attract high-net-worth individuals who want to make a substantial financial investment in the UK.
Eligibility
To be eligible for leave to Remain or ILR you must have held your investments within the strict requirements of the Immigration Rules.
For Indefinite Leave to Remain applications you must also meet the English language/Life in the UK requirements and the residency requirements of the route.
